Custom AI Assistant for Creating Journalistic Narratives

Individuals within an organisation often struggle to communicate in a journalistic style the true value of the work they are responsible for. 

In this project, our client needed a way to support its team, helping them articulate details of their work output in an engaging way. Key to the requirement was to ensure the content they shared was of a high-quality journalistic output, despite the fact they are not trained in media communications.

The HarveyDavid solution to this challenge was to create a custom AI Assistant which could easily and securely be accessed by the user.

The custom AI assistant has been designed to ask them ten easy-to-respond to questions. Using the expert-provided answers to the predefined questions, the AI assistant then writes a journalistic, focused output that clearly articulates the value of the work the technical expert is conducting. To achieve this, the AI Assistant combines the technical experts’ answers with knowledge base information about the project alongside a proven framework for creating journalistic stories to create the final output.
