Sales professionals in organisations with multiple products and technical skews often find it challenging to sell across the entire range. In this instance our customer required a solution which could support sales professional to access retrieve detailed information quickly and write relevant content based on the correct buyer’s persona, product and/or service. 

Our solution was to design and build an AI Assistant for Sales Professionals that uses natural language to make the process super easy and usable. The AI assistant amalgamates company knowledge and product information alongside detailed buyer personas across a range of decision makers, giving everything sales need quickly, efficiently and in a highly accessible format. 

The AI Assistant for Sales Professionals instantly matches the buyer need with the product or service in a (multi-language) conversational format, enabling the sales professional to easily produce engaging outreach emails, LinkedIn connect requests, blog posts, and social media content. It can access product knowledge, case studies, and detailed company insight, as well as interrogate personas and carry out objection handling in real time. The AI Assistant for Sales Professionals enables the user to engage current customers and prospects to offer new products and services, upselling and cross-selling with confidence. 

Launched as a global live pilot the AI Assistant is being put through its paces before full, international rollout.
