Like many enterprise users of Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation, our client also purchased Profile Sales Tool licences for their EMEA-wide sales teams. Profiler is a sales intelligence tool which provides a unified, 360-degree view of prospect interactions with marketing activity, such as emails delivered, emails opened, pages viewed, and forms submitted. This allows salespeople to personalise their interactions, prioritise leads, and close deals faster.
Managing the launch of an entirely new Eloqua instance in 2024 for our customer provided us with the opportunity to leverage Oracle’s API capabilities to implement an in-house, purpose-built alternative to Oracle’s Profiler solution.
Our solution places marketing intelligence directly into the client’s CRM system, bringing all marketing activity insight into one platform, providing a single view for the sales teams. This considerably improves the salesperson’s experience and, at the same time, removes the need for costly licences.
The Marketing Activities Tool was part of an organisation-wide infrastructure project supported by the team at HarveyDavid, which overhauled the entire digital marketing, lead management and CRM tech stack.
